Kyle Taylor is a San Diego native with roots that run deep, both in the community and in real estate. He lives in a 1914 Craftsman in South Mission Hills that's been in his family for generations, and that sense of continuity shapes everything about how he works.

Real estate is in his blood. His great-grandfather entered the San Diego market in 1925, his father has been active since 1976, and Kyle carries that legacy forward with a modern, investment-driven edge.

Before real estate, Kyle built and successfully exited MI-BOX Moving & Mobile Storage, firsthand experience in scaling a business and maximizing asset value that he now brings to every client engagement.

As a Realtor® with Discovery Property Group and an ADU development specialist, Kyle helps homeowners and investors unlock what their properties are actually worth. He navigates zoning, feasibility, and development strategy with the kind of clarity that turns complex decisions into confident ones.

Kyle has been equally active in the broader community, serving as past Board Chair of the San Diego Regional East County Chamber of Commerce, a contribution recognized by County Supervisor Joel Anderson with a proclamation naming February 24th "Kyle Taylor Day."

He thinks beyond the transaction, helping clients build long-term wealth through smart acquisitions, creative development, and data-driven strategy.

Outside of work, Kyle spends time with his two sons, Jack and Jordan, enjoys surfing, golf, community events and stays plugged into San Diego's music scene, catching live shows or playing with his band.
